conclusion of contract
Your order in our web shop represents an offer. The automated confirmation of receipt of the order sent by email to the email address you provided does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The purchase contract only comes through acceptance of the order, by sending the confirmation of acceptance by e-mail or by shipping the goods.
An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled out. Before you finally send the order, you will be given the opportunity to correct your order and all the data you have entered.
contract storage
You will receive the contract terms in the first email confirming receipt of the order. You can save this e-mail for safekeeping or print it out.
The contractual provisions are saved by us, but cannot be called up directly via our web shop. Please contact us via email or via the contact form, should you lose your documents.
Contract language and scope
The contractual language of these GTC is German. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders from customers who have their place of residence, place of business or habitual abode in Austria, Germany and all other EU countries.
prices and shipping costs
The prices given in our web shop are total prices in euros without VAT, since we are tax-exempt according to the small business regulation and without shipping costs. The shipping costs within Austria are €5 per package for deliveries of small works of art, and €17.90 for deliveries of large works of art (e.g. art prints,...) with the help of Österreichische Post AG. The shipping costs to Germany and all other EU countries are €10 per package for deliveries of small works of art, and €27.90 for deliveries of large works of art (e.g. art prints,...) using Österreichische Post AG.
Payment Methods
When ordering in our web shop, you undertake to pay the purchase price in full upon conclusion of the contract. We accept the following convenient

as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Vouchers in the form of voucher codes can be redeemed in the web shop up to the respective expiry date.

The delivery times for our products are marked on the product detail pages.
retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment. If the payment is canceled again, the goods remain our property. If the customer defaults in payment, we are entitled to assert our rights from the retention of title. It is agreed that the assertion of the retention of title does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract unless we expressly declare our withdrawal from the contract.
Customer Service and Warranty
If the goods are defective, the statutory warranty provisions apply. The warranty period for deliveries of movable items is 2 years from acceptance of the goods. Right of withdrawal / right of withdrawal
The term “right of withdrawal” used in Austria corresponds to the term “right of withdrawal” used in Germany and in the Consumer Rights Directive. Both terms are completely synonymous.
Our customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen calendar days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stephanie Balih Shop, Manker Straße 56, A-3380 Pöchlarn, e-mail: shop (at) stephaniebalih (dot) com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or E -Mail) about your decision to cancel the contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
No right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
No right of withdrawal
For goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.
For sound or video recordings such as CDs, DVDs, etc. that are delivered in a sealed package, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to downloads such as audio or video files, PDFs, e-books, etc., since these data can be saved directly by the customer and a return is therefore not possible.
consequences of resignation
If you revoke the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs of the cheapest standard delivery, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of the revocation. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. If you have ordered an item in the web shop and purchased it using digital means of payment, you will receive NO CASH back in the event of your withdrawal, even if you return the goods to our company location.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you provide us with proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us or hand them over to us immediately and no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of the cancellation of the contract. Please send the goods by post to Stephanie Balih Shop, Manker Straße 56, A-3380 Pöchlarn. The direct costs of the return are to be borne by the customer. Alternatively, the return can be handed in free of charge at our company location. In this case you will receive a written confirmation of receipt, but the repayment will continue to be made using the same means of payment with which you carried out the original transaction.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Data protection, data processing and use of cookies
Data protection is particularly important to us, which is why we treat your data with care. For the purpose of contract processing and any subsequent warranty processing, the following personal data will be stored: Your full name, address, email address and telephone number.
With your order you agree to the processing of your personal data (name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) for the personalization of promotional offers (by e-mail and post). You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to shop (at) stephaniebalih (dot) com or by post to Stephanie Balih Shop, Manker Straße 56, 3380 Pöchlarn, with the note “Please no further advertising emails”.
Use of cookies
We would like to point out that for the purpose of a simple shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, we store the IP data of the user within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address, e-mail address and credit card number of the buyer.
Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Section 8 Paragraph 3 Z 4 DSG. You have the option not to accept the use of cookies. Please change your browser settings accordingly. Please note that this may limit the functionality of the website.

This gives consumers the opportunity to initially settle disputes in connection with their online order without going to court.
