Opening of Atelier Balih 2016 in ARTstetten

Art scene at the Prangerplatz

As part of the Jakobikirtag, Mayor Karl Höfer opened the exhibition and the studio of the artist Stephanie Balih in Artstetten. Also present were representatives of the market town and village renewal association, the landlord couple Franz and Angela Alfons, Paul Schachenhofer (village and town renewal) and the Münichreither traditional costume musicians.
The Bavarian artist studied in Vienna and has been living in Nussendorf for some time. She is pleased “about the openness of the population to culture”. In the meantime there is also a cooperation with the Artstetten Castle. The versatile artist, who also composes and makes music with the band "the knutshers", leads us into the magical world of dreams with her large-format acrylic paintings. Impressive paintings in acrylic and oil, art prints and art cards can be seen in the new studio and the exhibition in ARTstetten.

The studio is always open from April to October, Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The exhibition itself can be seen until August 30, 2016.
